Dear Fellow Stage-5ers,

After a long break, we are excited to share some great news.

In recent weeks we have started allowing “Dying Guy” to begin making content again. Hopefully you’ve checked out “Shark Attack”, the most recent episode of the Pod.  After completion of an extensive rehab program, and clearance from team doctors, Dying Guy is ready to rejoin the Stage 5 team.  Not because he’s:  cured, 100% sane, and more than 48 hours away from his last unexplainable crying fit (I think I see tears in his eyes at this moment actually).

Rather, it is clear to us that he has done the work to recognize his self-destructive tendencies and has committed himself to enjoying the process of improvement.  We feel he has a better understanding of what his limitations are and in the process of finding a new lifestyle that will allow him to function at a higher level.

We ask that you recognize that there will be ebbs and flows in this process. Future mistakes are likely to occur as Dying Guy struggles to accept his ever changing reality. So let's grab the pupcorn and enjoy the show. We are not sure what the future holds here at Stage 5, but we do know there's going to laughs, tears, successes, failures, and fuck ups.  I have a feeling you're going to want to jump on this ride now before it's too late.

“I almost Died”

“I almost died” is a phrase we hear all the time. For some it’s a phrase muttered by a very skinny crouching man in a movie theater...
